Day 2 New Year's Eve, Winchester

This morning after breakfast, transfer by coach to Winchester where you will enjoy a half-day guided tour. Winchester developed from the Roman town of Venta Belgarum and is known particularly for its gothic-inspired Winchester Cathedral which we will see from the outside today. The rest of your afternoon will be at leisure. In the evening at the hotel New Year Gala Event, you will be welcomed with a glass of fizz, before enjoying a mouth-watering three-course meal and entertainment. Meals included: B,D

Day 3 New Year's Day, Portsmouth

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before transferring to Portsmouth where you will enjoy a half-day guided walking tour of this port city. The UK’s only island city dates back to the Roman period and is home of the world’s oldest dry dock. Portsmouth was also one of the central regions of the Industrial Revolution and was considered the world’s greatest naval port at the height of the British Empire. After your guided walking tour, enjoy time at leisure to enjoy lunch, before enjoying a visit to the top of the Spinnaker Tower, offering spectacular views over Portsmouth and the sea. Afterwards, we'll head back to the hotel and enjoy a buffet dinner in the evening. Meals included: B,D

Day 4 Winchester

After a leisurely breakfast, check out of the hotel and make your way home.
