Based in the small medieval village of Montecarlo, wine and olive oil have been produced by the Rossi family at Fattoria Il Poggia since 1963, while the farmhouse itself dates back to the 18th century.
Your tour and Tuscan lunch experience will reveal some of the ancient traditions still alive here today, and you’ll learn more about the farm’s sustainability initiatives.

Farm La Sorgente is a family-run farm situated in the medieval village of Varzi. The farm yields its own organic produce which allows them to operate more sustainably, as part of their work to make travel matter.
As well as touring the farm, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the owner Donna Maria and discover how they make mozzarella and limoncello.
